As Director of Staff Development at Holy Innocents' I work with teachers to find interesting conferences to attend, help them become certified or renew their state certification, and provide on campus staff development opportunities. I find this job to be extremely rewarding when a teacher has experienced a worthwhile conference, class on campus, is certified, or learns something new to use in their classroom. It becomes a happy experience for both of us!
